KRISTIN EVANS

Purple and Green Simple Woman Instagram Profile Picture (1)

As Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Curql Collective, Kristin builds pathways that make innovation accessible to the credit union industry. Her work is rooted in a personal conviction: credit unions saved her when traditional banks wouldn't, and now she's dedicated to ensuring they have the tools to thrive and serve their communities. She led the investor marketing strategy and pipeline operations that defied expectations by securing $360M for Curql Fund II; surpassing the original $250M goal set during tight market conditions and transforming Curql into a mega-fund with over $600M in AUM (assets under management). She unified fragmented investor data, built centralized pipeline systems, and orchestrated strategic campaigns that increased qualified leads by 185% within six months. Today, she oversees portfolio marketing for Curql's ~50 portfolio fintech, architects community-building initiatives that create alternative entry points for emerging founders, and has coached nearly 100 fintech leaders on go-to-market strategy and industry navigation.

Before joining Curql in 2024, Kristin built marketing engines that fueled hypergrowth for early-stage fintech and credit union technology companies. As the 5th hire and founding head of marketing at Engage fi, she scaled ARR from under $1M to $35M+ in five years, building the demand generation function that navigated hypergrowth through market disruption. At Origence, she led demand generation across seven SaaS products, was named Marketer of the Year in 2022, and drove breakthrough results including 47% SQL generation from ABM campaigns.

Today, she's challenging conventional models that price out early-stage founders, and is instead creating spaces and resources for fintech leaders to access decision-makers without barriers.
