CRAIG IBSEN

Craig Ibsen is the Managing Partner of Curql Fund and for the last decade has also served as the Founder and Managing Partner of Next Level Ventures, the largest venture capital firm in Iowa. Craig leads the management of five funds with over $500M in assets. With his deep roots in financial technology and startups, together with long-standing relationships with credit unions, Craig has established the first and largest strategic investment firm managing credit union assets today. Earlier in his career, Craig served as a senior executive at Maytag Corporation, founded Appliancezone (global supply chain software company) and led international operations for muti-national companies. Craig earned a B.A. from Luther College and M.B.A. from Drake University.

Kristin Evans serves as Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Curql Collective, where she drives marketing strategies to further Curql’s mission of bringing fintech to credit unions and credit unions to fintech. She has worked for both credit unions and fintech – from startups through enterprise organizations. Kristin leverages over a decade of marketing experience to drive expansion of Curql’s ecosystem, fostering a collaborative environment across the credit union landscape.
