STEPHEN SCHRODER
Stephen has over 10 years of experience investing in, advising, and supporting companies at the intersection of financial services and technology. He joined Next Level Ventures in 2026 from FINTOP, where he spent three and a half years investing in B2B fintech companies on behalf of 90+ regional and community bank LPs across the United States. Prior to FINTOP, he spent seven years in investment banking, focusing on buy-side and sell-side M&A and capital raising advisory within the financial services sector. Stephen earned a dual degree, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics, from the University of Notre Dame in 2015.
Kristin Evans serves as Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Curql Collective, where she drives marketing strategies to further Curql’s mission of bringing fintech to credit unions and credit unions to fintech. She has worked for both credit unions and fintech – from startups through enterprise organizations. Kristin leverages over a decade of marketing experience to drive expansion of Curql’s ecosystem, fostering a collaborative environment across the credit union landscape.
